Can you force bend wood?

well im building a guitar and the rosewood bridge isn't sitting flat on the soundboard and i need it to or else it wont have the strength to hold the strings. so my question is can i bend the bridge slightly like 1cm on each side to create a small curve by soaking it in water but instead of heating it clamping it to a peace of wood close to the desired angle. or would it crack. if not will i have to let it dry out for a longtime to make sure that it doesn't try and shrink once its been glued on the soundboard. well i hope someone can answer this but i doubt it.

Sounds like you have a pretty solid case. Get a lawyer. Remember, though, that winning a judgment doesn't mean anything if they just won't pay and have no jobs or assets.

I am a driver also. I would advise against this. My suggestion would be go to the dollar store and get a couple bags of dum dum pops (usually 24 or so in a bag for $1. Give each and every kid one. If you would like you can give those ten a little extra but the last thing you need is to be seen as playing favorites. I have had this problem because of the same things you mentioned and those kids that don't acknowledge you probably have the parents who would be the first to complain.

What can clear a VERY clogged drain ?

Kitchen sink is CRAZY clogged ! Hired a plumber who snaked and it worked ok for a couple weeks then clogged again. Purchased some ZEP and it seemed to work like a charm but now its completely clogged again ! Used an entire bottle of zep, plunged and still no help ! Its not my main line because the bathroom fixtures all drain in a heartbeat...what works ?!?!?!?! Im seriously getting pissed and i cannot afford another plumber that just "patches" the issue :(

Does a landlord have a right to periodically inspect his rental houses?

I will be renting out a house in Livonia, MI soon. Since the city of Livonia requires an annual inspection to be sure that all building codes are met, would I (as the landlord) be allowed to inspect it along with the city, to make sure the tenants didn't damage, modify, or paint anything as prohibited in the lease contract? I realize that tenants have a reputation for not taking care of the house as they should, and I would have a clause in the contract that says they're not allowed to change any fixtures, paint any walls, or modify any part of the house in any way. I just want to make sure that is being honored.
