Christians, if/when you "witness" to others, do you make sure to explain these are just your beliefs,not facts?

First, my witness is my life. Second, my witness by word is what I believe, which I have learned from God's Word, truth revealed to me by His spirit. Believers know that His word is truth, and therefore fact.
