Dream, what does it mean?

in every dream i have, something shrinks. like, i know it sounds really weird but say if i had a dream that i was talking on the phone, the phone would shrink and keep shrinking until it eventually dissapeared, or was just extremely small and i couldnt use it anymore. or i would shrink and would be extremely small and couldnt talk or anything because i was so tiny. this happens in every dream of mine and m friend suggested that there might be a meaing to it, anyone got any ideas? thanks :)
