Im being assessed by social services?

every time i raise important issues with social services,and foster carer they misrepresent what i say,twist the situation around,and report me for being intimidating,when in reality i pick my words carefully and am not rude or abusive,yet revently when i expressed legitament concerns ,the foster carer,apparently reported me as being aggressive,and making her feel uneasy,in reality during our chat i had to calm her down,now she wont meet me for contact,this minimises my time with my 3 and 4 yr old daughters,my children were removd from my exes as she has drug issues,they were then placed with her mum without assessment,upon assessment,they were removed from her also,i was assessed positively,but children were placed in foster as court allowed other parties an independent assessment,wich also includes me,however my girls mum was banged up for supply on 15.4.2011,i have numerous complaints logged with s.s,due to continued mess ups by them,i feel because of this they stitch me up,i am now only going to meet with them armed with a dicta phone,it is driving me crazy,as i am a great dad,and was assessed as such,how can i work with the authority when they have been so rude and imcompetent?
