Neighbour unhappy with our horse yard do they have to inform people looking at the house about dispute?

Our neighbour is unhappy with our horse's round yard basically they say it's hideous. They intend to put their house on the market in June 2011. are they obligated to inform the people whom will be looking at their house about the dispute with us. if a buy purchase the house & finds out later that the old owners had a dispute with ourselves can the new owner seek compensation for being misrepresented.
