So how can I shrink my areolas?

I dont really have gynecomastia, im about 5'11 and 185. So im not really fat and im 16. I used to be heavier but that was years ago. But the thing is my areolas are larger than most kids but they also puff out as well. Will surgery or liposuction shrink the areola as well if the gland or fat in my chest is removed?
