Swollen lympnode for a year? Give me some info.?

So last year in August i was overseas for 5 months....i felt very sick for 2 days and extremely drowsy. I then noticed 2 swollen lymphnodes on the back of my head...on the transition area from the neck to head where curve of the skull begins. I began to do research and became worried about hodgekins or non hodgekins lymphoma. I went to the doctor...without healtcare...so i had to pay alot of money. I did MRI and blood work and it was determined i had Mononucleasis (Mono). Soon after the Nodes began to srhink. However they never shrunk completley and remeain puffy until today. I thought nothing of it. Recently my cousin, hes 21 (im 20) was diagnosed with Hodgekins Lymphoma by some sort of sick coincidence. This is reviving my fears..but once again im overseas and it would be expensive to go to a doctor. Is it worth the money to go to the doctor. Is this something to worry about ?
