Swollen Occiptal lympnode for a year? INFO PLEASE!?

So last year in August i was overseas for 5 months....i felt very sick for 2 days and extremely drowsy. I then noticed 2 swollen lymphnodes on the back of my head...on the transition area from the neck to head where curve of the skull begins. I began to do research and became worried about Hodgkin's or non Hodgkin's lymphoma. I went to the doctor...without healthcare...so i had to pay a lot of money.(Im from Canada where its covered). I did MRI and blood work and it was determined i had Mononucleosis (Mono). Soon after the Nodes began to shrink. However they never shrunk completley and remeain puffy until today. I thought nothing of it. Recently my cousin, hes 21 (im 20) was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma by some sort of sick coincidence. This is reviving my fears..but once again im overseas and it would be expensive to go to a doctor. Is it worth the money to go to the doctor. Or can it wait till next month when i return to Canada? Is this something to worry about ?
