What is this disorder?

I feel sleepy throughout the day. I get into phases when I feel extremely bored, a complete lack of enthusiasm in anything. Even if I sleep sufficiently I dont feel like I have completely slept. My thinking process is very disorganised.Even though my shrink has asked me to not keep digging about this I just cant help doing this I think maybe because I am getting impatient with the medication. Can anyone give some good advice
