Which price is more accurate to upgrade those Mexican trucks with US tax dollars?

This is why we need to sustain ourselves and back away from globalization, if at all possible anymore. Policies like these are supposed to promote clean industry, but if a company can move overseas and make more of a profit by evading these policies, it will do that thus rendering EPA policies useless. There has to be global consensus on environmental policies if they are going to work, and I don't see growing economies like China and India slowing down for them. Only solution right now to both grow our economy and make it healthier is protectionism/isolationism.
